Public Speaking

Students interested in Public Speaking can choose from several events, including:

Extemporaneous Speaking: A contestant selects a topic about a current issue and is given limited time to prepare and speak.

Informative Speaking: Students prepare and deliver original speeches to teach or explain a concept or idea.

Persuasive Speaking: Students prepare and deliver original speeches to convince the audience.
