UMAHS Chapter of NHS
The National Honor Society (NHS) at Upper Merion Area High School is a chapter of the national organization established in 1921 by the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP). The purpose of our chapter is to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote worthy leadership, and to encourage the development of character in students.
