Students should dress in a way that allow themselves and others to focus on learning. Dress should not be a distraction. The following clothing is not appropriate for school:
- Clothing with reference to tobacco, alcohol, drugs, sex, violence, ethnic prejudice or offensive language
- Clothing or accessories which could cause injury to self or others
- Unsuitably short, tight, transparent, immodest or cut-off clothing
The dress code is designed to establish a standard appropriate to the seriousness of the school's purpose. Teachers will refer violations to the Assistant Principal.
